First look at demolition work inside Sears Crosstown

Construction crews won't officially break ground on the $200 million Sears Crosstown redevelopment until financing closes this month. But work is already underway.

Sears Crosstown, which is southwest of Cleveland and North Parkway in Midtown Memphis, is already 65 percent pre-leased, said McLean Wilson, a co-leader on the redevelopment and a principal at Kemmons Wilson Inc.
