We constantly challenge our LEED® Accredited Professionals with identifying opportunities for sustainable building practices. This forward-thinking approach has established Grinder, Taber & Grinder, Inc. as a leader in bringing green building to our area by constructing the first LEED® Certified building in Shelby County and the first net-zero energy office building in Tennessee. We’ve installed unique-to-the-area green roofs, recycled concrete, and sourced local materials assuring a closer delivery range. But most impressively, our eco-friendly efforts at the Crosstown Concourse in Memphis resulted in that building earning the title of the largest LEED® Platinum certified building for historic use in the world.
