The unmistakably, southern restaurant concept created by a discerning, James Beard award-winning chef celebrates the most important meal of the day – breakfast! As the brand expanded across the South, Grinder, Taber & Grinder was chosen to execute the tenant infill for the new, 3,000-square-foot Memphis location. Each location is garnished with a local, folksy flair including sourcing reclaimed wood siding from the Midsouth area to create enclosed booth structures and other wood features.
