Completed in 2025,  the construction of Briza Restaurant highlights Grinder, Taber & Grinder’s ability to bring complex designs to life through skilled construction and strong collaboration. Our team transformed a 4.7K square foot space into a new upscale dining destination with a $499K construction value.

Briza introduces an elevated dining experience to Memphis’s Crosstown Concourse, marking the first restaurant of its kind in this vibrant community. Working closely with the owner and design team, we ensured that every element of the project was executed with precision and craftsmanship.

The work presented several unique challenges, including an intricate ceiling installation featuring custom lighting and upholstered panels that required close coordination among multiple trades. Our team also modified the existing bar, adapting it to meet the restaurant’s functional needs while maintaining the designer’s vision and the flow of the space.

Through strong teamwork and attention to detail, the project was completed smoothly and on schedule. The client praised our professionalism, communication, and dedication throughout the process.

Briza now stands as a standout addition to Crosstown Concourse, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience that brings new energy and vibrancy to one of Memphis’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
