The Rhodes College Catherine Burrow Refectory was a complete renovation to one of the campus’s dining options to be completed while maintaining operations. Schedules called for phasing logistics – alternating work in three shifts, over two summer breaks (three months each), in order to keep operations open during the entire construction period. Additionally, the 241-unit West Village Dormitory was built alongside the Refectory, both constructed in the Collegiate Gothic architecture tradition of the Rhodes campus.
