Collage Dance Collective needed room to move. The Memphis-based ballet company and conservatory, which is the fastest-growing ballet program and one of the largest Black arts organizations in the South, had outgrown its 3,000-square-foot building in the Broad Avenue Arts District. GTG was honored to build the company’s new, 22,000-square-foot home on the corner of Tillman and Sam Cooper Blvd., contributing to the growth and enhancement of the Binghampton neighborhood.
