Honda of Murfreesboro consisted of three stand-alone buildings on a 6.80 acre site, including a 46,735-square-foot, class A showroom and service reception, a 3,500-square-foot used loan center and a 1,362-square-foot car wash. Custom high-end finishes required long-lead schedule coordination and significant quality control. Choosing to take advantage of GTG’s preconstruction services resulted in a total of more than $175,000 offered in value engineering savings for the Honda dealer.
