The Parcels at Crosstown Concourse is an uncommon living experience created as a part of the rehabilitation of the main building into a multi-use, vertical community. The 265 apartments feature salvaged, architectural details authentic to the structure which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Atriums and skylights were added to spaces that were originally heavy and cramped to create open, resident gathering spaces above the unique experiences and amenities that Crosstown Concourse has to offer.
