Together with the luxurious, office space, Pickler Companies also excavated the basement as a part of the interior buildout, creating a wine cellar that doubles as a storm shelter. The new, 6,000-square-foot headquarters incorporated other uncommon additions to the location such as an event space and a podcast studio.
