As a part of the rapid growth at The University of Memphis Lambuth Campus, Grinder, Taber & Grinder renovated the interior of Sprague Hall – one of the five dorms on the original campus. Built in 1953, the 200,000 SF structure now houses state-of-the-art labs, simulation suites, study areas, and offices for the fast-growing Loewenberg College of Nursing program.
