Grinder, Taber & Grinder recently completed the new Monogram Foods headquarters at Crosstown Concourse, strengthening our long-standing connection to a building we helped bring back to life during its original renovation. For us, this wasn’t just another interior build-out—it was an opportunity to shape the next chapter of a major local company inside one of Memphis’s most iconic redevelopment projects. The project transformed a portion of the former Methodist space into a modern, 48k SF office environment designed around Monogram’s growing operational needs. After supporting early budgeting, we began demo in January 2025, fully mobilized in February, and delivered the finished space in August.

Working within Crosstown’s active, mixed-use ecosystem required careful planning. With residents, offices, retail, and community spaces all functioning simultaneously, our team strategically scheduled loud or disruptive work and coordinated closely with building management to keep the project moving while minimizing impact to tenants and neighbors.

The result is a bright, efficient, and finely crafted headquarters that has been met with strong client feedback. And for GTG, it represents a meaningful continuation of our relationship with Monogram Foods—having built their previous Oak Court office in 2014, helping create their new home at Crosstown felt like a full-circle moment.

Delivered within budget, the project reflects thoughtful planning, strong teamwork, and GTG’s ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses and contributing to the continued evolution of Crosstown Concourse.
