The three story, 40,000 SF, Rosa Deal School of Arts building was designed to complement the traditional architecture of the existing Christian Brothers University campus facing the main roadway and transitions to a modern design on the opposite side. Built for a 21st century arts education, the new, high-efficiency/low maintenance structure features multi-modal classrooms with smart technology, collaborative areas, studio and lab spaces, a courtyard, and a stunning monumental stair in the lobby.
